LuxHotel System started with hotels we knew: good properties run by hand, across several systems, spreadsheets and group chats. We knew it could be done better, so we built one system for all of it.

Why we built it
Hotels were paying for a PMS, a channel manager and a booking engine from different suppliers, and filling the gaps between them by hand. Every gap was a chance for a double booking or a missed message.
We put reservations, channels, direct bookings, guest messages and reports in one product with one login, and we priced it so a small hotel can afford the same tools as a large one.
LuxHotel System is built in Tirana by Bluesquare AI, a technology company that makes software for tourism and hospitality.
